He's getting interest because he's a good player. I want to work with good players. We just need to wait and see how things develop."\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>As for incomings, McInnes indicated that Rangers are likely to make just one more signing before Thursday's transfer deadline, with Kevin Kelsy reportedly close to a move from Portland Timbers.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>The 22-year-old Venezuelan forward appears to the Ibrox club's choice as a replacement for Youssef Chermiti, who suffered a long-term injury last month just as the Portuguese was subject of major transfer interest.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>"We're still working hard to get one in at the minute," McInnes said. "We're getting closer on that one, but we believe it's only going to be the one in.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>"If we can get a striker in, that helps alleviate the disappointment of Youssef's injury. I think that would be pretty important for us.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>"It wasn't something we were looking to do, so you've got to weigh everything up both from a financial and a numbers point of view in terms of the squad."\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Rangers have already signed 12 players this summer in addition to recruiting McInnes himself from Heart of Midlothian.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>"I think the club have made the right improvements in certain areas and I think we've had a lot of good work done," he said.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>"I'm saying one – you never know, it might be more than one – but, if we can get the one in that we want, it certainly helps alleviate a problem we've got at the minute."\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>The Ibrox exit door is likely to be busier before Thursday's deadline, with Lyall Cameron being strongly linked with Dundee United and Raskin, winger Ross McCausland, striker Bojan Miovski, and defenders John Souttar and Clinton Nsiala among others linked with moves away.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>"On players out, there's been a few conversations had," McInnes said.
