It is a more aggressive kind of skin cancer and can spread to other parts of the body.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>The 46-year-old Northern Irishman received the diagnosis last December and said he was "ok now".\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Rovers have drawn three and lost two of their five League One games this season and McCann revealed what he had been through when he was asked about the pressures of football management.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>"If we want to talk about pressure then the pressure that came on me Christmas time last year when the doctor came to see me at the training ground to tell me I had a malignant melanoma, that's pressure. That's pressure," he told BBC Radio Sheffield.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>"Fortunately I am ok now but I could have had five to six weeks to live."\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>He added: "Pressure for me is making sure I'm ok and my family is alright. When I come in here I want to make sure I do it with a smile on my face."\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>McCann, who has also had spells in charge of Peterborough and Hull City, is in his second stint as Carabao Cup.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Michael Duff became the first EFL manager to lose his job when he was sacked by Wycombe, who have also drawn three and lost two of their first five League One games.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>McCann played alongside Duff at Cheltenham and for Northern Ireland and said he was "disappointed" to see him lose his job.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>"The transfer window has just finished and he's just signed one of the best strikers in League One in Jayden Wareham and he gets the chance to work with him for two days and then loses his job," he said.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>"I just don't get the industry sometimes."\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>He added: "Fortunately here we're at a really good football club who understand that we're trying to improve all the time.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>"The owners see they have a staff and a bunch of players who will give everything for Doncaster Rovers and that is what we're
